2. Booking and Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Valan Travels.
• Advance booking is recommended, especially during peak seasons.
• Full payment or advance payment may be required at the time of booking.
• Booking confirmation will be sent via email or SMS.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled trip: Full refund
• Cancellations made 12-24 hours before: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before: No refund
• No-shows will be charged the full amount

4. Payment Terms

• Payment can be made via cash, card, or digital payment methods.
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Additional charges may apply for waiting time, toll charges, and parking fees.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Liability and Insurance

Valan Travels maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for all vehicles and passengers. However, we are not liable for:

• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
• Indirect or consequential damages

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup and drop-off information
• Be ready at the scheduled pickup time
• Treat the vehicle and driver with respect
• Follow all safety guidelines and instructions
• Not engage in any illegal activities during the trip

7. Modifications to Terms

Valan Travels reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
